I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had a classic Venetian style with a balcony and a view of the Grand Canal, but it was quite small and the adjoining interconnected door made it noisy at times. The service was excellent with friendly staff that helped us with restaurant recommendations and booked a convenient water taxi for us. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and within walking distance to the quieter Dorsoduro district. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had not only a view of the Grand Canal, but a balcony to see it, which was amazing and well worth a little extra. The room, located on the 3rd floor, could get rather warm during the day even with the windows open.
