Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had a classic Venetian style with a balcony and a view of the Grand Canal, but it was quite small and the adjoining interconnected door made it noisy at times. The service was excellent with friendly staff that helped us with restaurant recommendations and booked a convenient water taxi for us. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and within walking distance to the quieter Dorsoduro district. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had not only a view of the Grand Canal, but a balcony to see it, which was amazing and well worth a little extra. The room, located on the 3rd floor, could get rather warm during the day even with the windows open.
The hotel is wonderfully located, making it easy to explore the city and conveniently situated near transportation options. The rooms are modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, providing a great living space. While the dining options might be limited, the service shines with friendly and helpful staff, especially accommodating during special events like 'Acqua Alta. '
This hotel was exactly what we needed in Venice - charming, warm, and clean. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, even if small. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect for exploring Venice by boat and walking distance to key sites. The dining experience was basic but tasty, especially considering restrictions. Remember, come prepared for potential flooding in Venice.
The hotel is in a convenient location close to San Marco square, offering small but clean rooms with friendly and helpful service. The dining experience is satisfactory with room for improvement, and the facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel has rooms in a classic Venetian style that are fairly small but sweet, comfortable, and clean. The furnishings may have seen better days with some chips here and there. The zero view was a letdown compared to the photos. The hotel offers excellent service and a great location for exploring Venice.
I felt like I was in another city with the fresh and modern room that had not only a view of the Grand Canal but also a balcony to enjoy it. The lovely terrace was perfect for watching the world go by, and the room was immaculately clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing, making my stay truly enjoyable. The only downside was the lack of a map upon booking, but everything else was fantastic.
The hotel had a lovely and clean room, but it was not as advertised, missing the balcony/terrace overlooking the grand canal. However, the service was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring Venice. The dining options were good, and the hotel had plentiful choices. Overall, a mixed experience with excellent service and location but lacking in room accuracy.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, giving me loads of living space to relax and unwind, although they could use a bit of refreshing. The lovely terrace was my favorite spot to sit out and watch the world go by, but it did get incredibly hot constantly, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.
